Conditions for use of the website

The present Website is published by the World Council of Churches Association, route de Ferney 150, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Switzerland (the “WCC”, or “we”), and has been created in cooperation with Religions for Peace, New York, for the promotion of the Interfaith Summit on Climate Change. Please read carefully the following conditions for use before using our Website.

We may revise these conditions for use from time to time (such conditions for use, as they may be revised from time to time, are hereafter referred to as the “Conditions”), with the revised Conditions taking effect for all users as of the date stated on the posting. Consequently, we invite you to consult the Conditions regularly.

The Conditions apply to all users of our Website. By accessing or using our Website, you confirm your acceptance of the Conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.

Our Website has been created by the WCC and the whole of its contents, including texts, still or moving images, data bases, programmes, etc., may be protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright. The competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Conditions or the use of our Website.

The English version of the Conditions is provided for information only. Only the French version of the Conditions is legally binding.
